At checkout, you will be asked to make an account with us optionally, or you may checkout as a guest. In both cases, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number and credit card information. The information you provide will be used for purposes such as: providing you with the items that you purchased, to process and ship orders, to send shipping confirmations, store credit information, and to provide customer service and inform you of new site features, and special offers.

By using Kimmy’s Kitty you are agreeing to allow us access to your personal information as described in this privacy policy as well as agree to our return policy terms and conditions as described on our site.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns in the event of a fault (which are extremely rare <0.001%). We do not exchange items. Therefore, please read the description details regarding your item of choice to see if the item “runs small”, “true to size”, or has a “stretchy fit”. If this information is not provided, and you are uncertain as to how the item will fit you, please email KymsKitty@gmail.com prior to purchasing and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Kimmy’s Kitty inspects each item thoroughly prior to shipping. However, in the result of a damaged or defective item, please email KymsKitty@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt to explain the issue in writing, followed by pictures of the piece. Once approved, an address as to where you can return the item will be provided. If the item is damaged or defective and you do not notify Kimmy’s Kitty via the aforementioned email address within 3 days of receipt, you will NOT be able to return the item, no exceptions.

Shipping

Once payment has been received, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. The item will then be shipped via USPS flat rate shipping which will typically take 2-4 days for you to receive depending where you are located (this does not apply when there are holidays, inclement weather conditions, and post office delays out of Kimmy’s Kitty control). Exception: All items which indicate 1-2 day additional processing days will take 5-7 business days to receive as these pieces are apart of an exclusive collection offered by Kimmy’s Kitty.*DUE TO COVID19, WE ARE EXPERIENCING A DELAY IN SHIPPING ORDERS. If you have any question regarding shipping times prior to ordering please email KymsKitty@gmail.com (24 hour response time). Once the order is shipped, your tracking number will be provided via email.

If you choose express shipping, the item will be shipped 1 business day after processing (with the exception of the Fantasy Collection and all items which indicate 1-2 additional processing time).

Sizes

Kimmy’s Kitty offers lingerie and swimsuits ranging from size small through 3XL depending on the item of choice. If the item reflects “sold out” or if you do not see your size as an option, it may be possible that it can still be ordered separately or the piece may be on back order. In this instance, please email KymsKitty@gmail.com so that we can check and provide this information for you. If you have any question regarding sizing (small fit, stretchy material, one-size fits items, ect.) please email KymsKitty@gmail.com where we can assist you.

Purchases

After placing an order, you will receive an email which is your invoice. The invoice will show itemized details of your purchase/purchases which includes, size, price, and shipping/billing details. For lingerie and swimsuit items, please slowly remove the tag from piece/pieces as you do not want to rip on tear your item. Be sure to read the instructions on the tag of the garment for instructions as to how to care for the item. Ultimately, at Kimmy’s Kitty we want you to feel, look and be sexy!
